Frequently Asked Questions
I am not pregnant and am not planning to be, can I still work with you?
Yes! While my niche is prenatal and postnatal wellness, I work with everyone regardless of age or gender
What is the different between a wellness coach and a nutritionist or dietitian?
Generally speaking, wellness coaches help with broader life balance and personal growth focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. Coaches act as more of a guide to help you achieve and sustain your goals. Nutritionists and dietitians are often medically licensed and can treat, diagnose, and develop meal plans to treat a specific medical condition.
Do you prescribe specific diets or meal plans?
No. Coaches are not medically licensed professionals and cannot prescribe, diagnose, or treat any specific medical condition. If you feel you need a specific diet, it is important to talk with your medical provider and/or a registered dietitian/nutritionist.
If you can't treat or diagnose, what can you do?
As a wellness coach I focus on helping clients make sustainable behavior changes. We work together to create a wellness vision and set small achievable goals to create sustainable habits to meet whatever your wellness vision is.
Do you take insurance?
No, I do not take insurance
What form of payment do you accept?
All payment are done through online secure payment. Most major credit cards are accepted.
